Getting Started Series Neighborhood Event

The Getting Started Series - Neighborhood Event is a series of three 90-minute small group classes. This series is designed to teach the fundamental skills and movements of barbell training used in our group session programming. It is intended for people who have little to no experience with strength training or who want to refine their fundamentals so they can safely begin a weight training program. In this setting, each person will receive individual coaching and be able to progress at a pace that is right for their movement ability and fitness level.
The series will run August 21 through September 1 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. For this event only, you may sign up for any single session for $75 / each or sign up for any three sessions for $199. Payment will be collected at the conclusion of your first session.
