Everyone's favorite annual community event is back! On November 16th, each group session will be centered around a three lift total. Test out your single in the squat, press, and deadlift in this fun day of lifting and celebration.

Singlets are encouraged but not required. We ask that each trainee be on time to their respective session, and come in at the top of the hour if possible (6 am, 10 am, 4:30 pm).
